Company, strives to provide safe, fast, and reliable shipping for analytical, laboratory, and scientific research materials. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping procedures, restrictions, and terms outlined below.

1. “Research Use Only” Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

  • RUO Compliance: All products shipped by Geared Up Labs—including lyophilized research materials and other research compounds—are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes only.
  • Prohibited Uses: Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, veterinary applications, medical diagnostics, therapeutic use, or cosmetic formulations.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Packages are shipped only for orders accepted under our research purchaser verification requirements and delivered to qualified research facilities, laboratories, or educational institutions capable of properly receiving and handling research materials.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) following payment confirmation.
  • Cold Storage / Sensitive Compounds: Temperature-sensitive research compounds are packaged using appropriate cold or insulated materials when necessary to preserve structural integrity during transit. Order dispatches for temperature-sensitive items may be scheduled early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays.

3. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground and expedited carrier services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Options and costs are calculated at checkout based on order destination and weight.
  • Secure Packaging: All shipments are dispatched in plain, unbranded external packaging to ensure secure packaging during transit.
  • Free Shipping Thresholds: Standard free shipping offers apply strictly to qualifying subtotal amounts prior to taxes or applicable promo codes, where indicated at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions (International Shipments)

  • Regulatory Compliance: The buyer is strictly responsible for understanding and abiding by local import laws, permits, and customs regulations governing research materials in their destination jurisdiction.
  • Customs Holds & Duties: Geared Up Labs is not responsible for international customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance delays. If an international package is held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions on research compounds, Geared Up Labs cannot issue a refund.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Address Verification: Customers are responsible for entering exact and complete delivery addresses at checkout.
  • Returned Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, uncollected post office items, or refused deliveries may incur reshipping fees at the customer’s expense.

6. Transit Risk, Lost Packages, & Damages

  • Damaged Shipments: If your research material arrives visibly damaged or compromised (e.g., broken vials or broken seals), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@geareduplabs.com. Please attach clear photos of the damaged items, batch lot numbers, and packaging materials.
  • Tracking & Delivery Confirmation: Once a package status is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Geared Up Labs is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages from the delivery site.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Due to the rapid processing of research material shipments, order cancellations or address updates must be submitted immediately after purchase. Once a tracking number is generated or the package enters carrier dispatch, no changes or cancellations can be made.
